The BES quarterly meeting is scheduled for June 17, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the TRC, Room 206 on the UMBC campus.
We are using this quarterly meeting to review the status and future of long-term data collection by BES. We are planning to discuss the various long-term data that we collect and how these data collection efforts may be updated or changed for our upcoming renewal proposal (BES-IV).
This meeting is very important to determine which data streams will move forward and whether new data streams need to be considered for addition in BES-IV. As such, most of the time at the upcoming meeting will be spent in discussions, either in breakout groups or as a whole. Please come prepared to discuss long-term data that you are involved with collecting or would like to see added to BES.
There are no explicit homework assignments associated with this meeting rather we anticipate your participation at the meeting will advance discussions of long-term data collection. We would very much appreciate an RSVP to Emma Rosi-Marshall (firstname.lastname@example.org) by June 12 for planning purposes.
We look forward to seeing you in Baltimore!
Emma and Peter
